Gerald Ford Airport has one main passenger terminal, which has two levels and Concourses A and B.
Level 1 is divided into the arrivals hall in the center, which provides check-in facilities on each side.
Et east, there are check-in facilities for Delta and American airlines.
In the west, there are Southwest, Allegiant, and United airlines check-in facilities.
Level 1 provides a great variety of amenities and services, including mail drop, informational desk, ATMs, baggage carts, and baggage claims.
The Grand hall area has a business center, Kids Port, an international room, a gift shop, a game room, and a food court. This level connects level 2 via separate security checks and A and B concourses.
Level 2 provides TSA offices, a food court, an observation deck. The level also includes meeting rooms for rent. They are Golden Eagle Room, Kent Room, Grand Rapids Room, Michigan Room, and Gerald R. Ford Room.
Concourse A served by American and Delta Airlines.
Concourse B served Southwest, United, and Allegiant airlines.
After the Allegiant airline closes its ticket counter 4 minutes before scheduled departures, Passengers are not permitted to board.
